The REC guarantee
Three promises, in plain words. They apply to every job, whether it is a one-off gutter clear or a property we look after all year.
General work
We are meticulous in our approach, and it is sometimes impossible to get a surface to 100 per cent clean. If after our visit you notice we have missed a bit, we will come and sort it. No questions asked.
Gutter cleaning
We cannot guarantee your gutters and downpipes will not fill up again quickly after our visit, because that is what trees do. But if it looks like there is a blockage after the next weather event, we will come and fix it at no charge.
Maintenance and repairs
All of our general handyman work comes with a 24 month workmanship guarantee as standard.
How to use it
Ring us on 0472 834 541 or email admin@roofmate.au and tell us what you have spotted. You do not need the invoice number, a receipt or a form. We will book a time to come back.
Every job also comes with completion photos, so if something looks off later there is a record of how we left it.
