• Gareth
  Chief cleaning officer

  Gareth moved to the Blue Mountains after falling for the area on a short visit just before Covid. He started Roofmate because he enjoys meeting people in the community and providing a good service, and he is hands on across everything we do, soft washing and pressure washing in particular.

• Sarina
  Admin and accounts

  Sarina is the backbone of the business and holds it together administratively. Her background is data centre engineering and operations, and she has been involved since day one. Also, by all accounts, Gareth’s better half.

• Bren
  Customer service

  Bren works out of the Wentworth Falls shop on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is happy to meet for a cup of tea any time, so pop in and say hi. She lives in Katoomba and also runs a calligraphy business, Bren’s Pens.

• Henry
  Customer service

  Henry is usually the first person you meet. He attends quote visits to look at the property and answer any questions. He lives in Wentworth Falls, is a professional DJ, and used to be the local postie, so he knows the community well.

• Charlie
  Cleaning technician

  Charlie moved to the Blue Mountains with his young family after years on the Northern Beaches. He is a professional skate coach and teaches kids to skate when he is not working with us.

• Daniel
  Cleaning technician

  Daniel works mainly on gutter cleaning. He lives in Katoomba, is a very talented musician, and is in the process of signing up for the Army Reserves.

  This pair keep team spirit up by enthusiastically greeting the crew as they pick up and drop off the work vehicles, and they keep Sarina company while everyone else is out on the job. Regulars at Lawson Dog Park.
