One booking for the lot

Getting one tradesperson to turn up is hard enough. We cover the whole outside of the house, so it is one booking, one day and one price instead of chasing six people.

What is included

Six of our seven services, done in the same visit. Each one is the same job we would do on its own, with the same guarantee.

Gutter Cleaning

Gutters, downpipes and roof valleys cleared, waste bagged into your green bin, photos of the finished job.

Roof Cleaning

Moss, lichen and black staining treated and removed, without blasting your roof apart.

House Washing

Soft wash for the whole exterior. Render, weatherboard, brick, eaves and cladding.

Pressure Washing

Driveways, paths, patios, decks and retaining walls brought back to the original surface.

Window Cleaning

Glass, frames, tracks and screens, inside and out, streak free.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Panels cleaned with purified water, so the system produces what you paid for.

What is not

Chimney sweeping. It can go in the same visit if the flue is due. It is priced on its own because flue count, heater type and condition move it more than anything else does. More about chimney sweeping.

Anything that does not need doing. If the roof was cleaned last year and does not need it again, we say so and take it off the price. You are not paying for work to make a package look complete.

Every property is different, so the number moves with size, storeys, roof pitch and access, the same as any single job. We book a time, come and look at the property, and send you a price, usually the same day.

Free, at a time that suits you. We work out what actually needs doing, what does not, and how long the day will take.

The crew comes as a team

Different jobs are done by the people who do them best. Gutters, then the wash, then the panels and the glass, in the order that makes sense so nothing gets dirtied twice.

You see it before we leave

Completion photos come through, and anything you are not happy with we come back and put right. That is the REC guarantee, and it covers this the same as any single job.

One setup instead of six

Six separate bookings means six trips up the mountain, six setups and six pack-downs. Doing them together means that happens once, and the difference comes off your price.
